standing looking on as the day goes by.....wondering what to do next...........................
the clock ticking ticking away......and you still pottering around......occupying yourself with a bit of this and a bit of that....but nothing really that significant!!!!!!!!!
                                                                 and then
you decide do i want to be on the sidelines orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr should i make the effort....find an
opening....hop in the water.....and meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet someone....

and so where better to start than the door next door.....not to risky.....and really easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this was a super knock!!!!!!!!! from knock to the gym and a class in BODY PUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
omg!!!!!!!!! was i in for the workout of my life!!!!!!!!! and my guru was none other than the lady next door.....and when i say guru i mean guru because when i am a little bit older i want to have that kind of superb energy!!!!!!! the happy kind!!!!!!!! smiles and laughs filling my days!!!!!!!!

there are times when movies come along.......

and you think!!!!!!

 even if romantic comedy isn't your thing and you don't really like reading subtitles....OMG!!!!! don't give this one a miss....

was this a movie or was this a movie....amazing/fun from start to end....cute....what can i say a fabulous movie....like a beautiful fruit salad full of colour and variety!!!!!!

and now this movie i am sure a lot of you have already seen but if not .....a movie to be seen....
"The Perks of being a Wallflower" more like a cappuccino good for sipping when you smile or cry!!!!!

the movies....i still remember when the video machine came out and everyone thought will people still go to the movie theaters....nice to know that as fast as technology throws us into the next thing.....movies will always be movies....and like chocolate or the sun's warmth....we will always continue to seek out THE MOVIES!!!!!!!!

 i don't know if it was the bottle in the basket thing but whenever i think of a chianti i go all ........noooooooooooooooooooo it's ok but OMG!!!!!!!!!! when this was served WWWWWWOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! what a smooth yes chianti!!!!!!!!!! this wonderful  gem i must share!!!!!!.....no headaches to report and lots of water to keep the brain nice and hydrated!!!!!!

 and it was one of those nights where everyone had already ordered so instead of wasting good talking time...........figuring out the yummiest thing on the menu.....why not take the simplest way out.....whatever everyone else ordered sure why not........talk about no disappointments and a most delicious roast  chicken........not sure the next roast chicken will taste as yum yum........

looks can be deceiving....this caesar salad looked pretty ordinary but wow!!!!!! it wasn't!!!!!!

life rocks!!!!!!!!

 this for sure is one of the happiest woofs i'v ever met......... and once you walk through the front door....

 you will be introduced to the radio "for woofs ears only".... a wonderful way to walk out the door and say au revoir!!!!!!! waiting for the next meeting with music playing in the background is so relaxing!!!!!!

 and then who doesn't like to be cosy.....with this hand made blankie....straight from mama's heart!!!!!!

 oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah!!!!!!!! my people are home oh yeah oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!! been waiting!!!!!!!

what better way to confirm that they really are my people than playing and smelling their socks yum yum sniff sniff!!!!!!!!

so what's for din dins....talk about a social life....mine rocks!!!!!!!! thank god for outdoor seating at restaurants....i mean who wants to be left home alone....when there is life out there!!!!!!!!

                   yup a dog's life can be pretty amazing.....woof woof i love my family!!!!!!!!!

fresh juice and music to go!!!!!!!

 a visit to a market full of beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables and i find myself staring at this container full of discarded squeezed out orange peels and all i want is .........

and just to put a smile on your faces....enjoy these gorgeous jelly fish!!!!!! they were having the time of their life dancing to some kind of happy jazz!!!!!! sooooooooo cool!!!!!!! or was it happy disco....it was just so happy!!!!!!
